I had vaguely heard of this group what Mokaiesh , without paying more attention. And there, listening to their debut album (which is also called Mokaiesh ), what slap! one that leaves marks and you never forget.
Put .....! What's good.

Musically, it's good rock music that makes you want to vent, accompanied by texts written incredibly well. These are texts strong, intense match of a voice incredibly involved.
I know much about poetry, but I think this guy (Cyril Mokaiesh ) is a poet. I would put their music between Jacques Brel and Black Desire (That will tell you!).

Other group members are Pham Huu Tri (Guitar), Alban Seillé (Bass) and Eric Langlois (drums).
I advise you to read their bio on their official website where we learn that he admires obsessive Leo Ferre (no surprise).
Most importantly listen to their album, it is really worth, and / or buy it.

curiosity by clicking on the "album of the moment" (a small section on Deezer ), that's not that I ti Above the falls: the album A Will, A Drill, And A Goldmine of The Latitudz . And there is only happiness.
I could not define the musical style of this group, because it varies between rap, hip hop, funk, rock, r & b, and I forget but surely worth the mixture sentence.

Because they were unknown to me from A to Z, I did a little research and I stumbled across their Myspace . And surprise, the band consists of musicians with a French singer of Malawi (I was expecting an American).

"The Latitudz were born of an encounter between Edash Quata, Malawi charismatic rapper, and three French musicians to rock and dub influences. Carla Bruni for the release of her third album As if nothing had happened , dropped the surname of the husband, surely Is she tries to get its status artist above that of first lady of France.

I must say it's not really my cam, but I was curious (I know it's not good). whole album in one go rather quickly got tired. But hey we like it or not.

What to leave, is that the texts are quite well written, they are both poetic and sentimental light. And musically more advanced than those earlier albums (again, this is just my opinion). fans of the genre or artist I guess will find their happiness.

In my opinion it will not make a lot of promo, although I do not think she really needs.

Personally I would not buy it, for cons I am under no illusions when its success.
