As it takes for everyone, and I'm pretty eclectic, here's an album a "tad" more brutal.
All hope is gone is one of the most anticipated albums in 2008 on the metal side, like Metallica, released him on Sept. 12. So Slipknot for those who do not know, is a group composed of no fewer than 9 members from Des Moines in the Iowa. Original group, mostly masked and costumed , that one might have come straight out of a film such as H e llraiser .
I'll put their photos to get a little idea.
Like their image, their music is just as brutal. But as I said, it takes something for everyone . And personally, I like.
For many, Slipknot will never be just noise, but yet it is one of the group death or thrash metal works best now, and this for almost 10 years. It's very violent metal, but they forget, however, sometimes more melodic aspects, such as Gehenna, or some tunes a bit more "boilerplate" as in Snuff (I suggest you start with this one if you do not know, you appercevrez that the singer has still a very beautiful voice).
All hope is gone keeps its promises, " Maggots" (name given by the group members to their fans) will definitely adopt. The other, be open and listen to at least get an idea and explore them in passing.
