In my post of 24 February, I mentioned that federal officials had tired that policymakers wank in the handle, and had developed a policy to facilitate citizen access to government databases.

She could have promise of becoming the first Prime Minister to implement an open governance in Canada. She could position itself extraordinary and innovative pioneer in Canadian history. Women leaders are not like men. They do not make a racket when they do things famous. Others could have done without such an uproar and pounding their exploits.
We're currently at the stage of a promise. ( So do we remember to dance with joy. But we must admit that it is difficult to contain the euphoria and profound happiness, when we hoped for so long. ) However, note that this is a first promise of its kind in Canada. Almost there! Perhaps other Canadian provinces will hasten to focus open to the Government, now that Prime Minister has taken this path?
Maybe even other provinces at this time to reflect on what it means to open governance. This is only a matter of months before any (or many) province (s) Canadian (s) change (s) in Open Government.
Regarding the federal government, others are adding more months to this timeline? Unless federal officials arrive to awaken policymakers and convince them it is time to implement change.
